Urinary frequency

A 3-year-old girl presents with complaints of dull abdominal pain and urinary frequency, urgency, and dysuria. Urinalysis shows white cells and hematuria but no white cell casts. Below is an image of a urinary bladder taken from an adult at autopsy that shows a purulent exudate on the surface of the bladder.
